So much tragic shit going on everyday. I sometimes internalize all that and it becomes overwhelming. Not my cross to bear, but when ppl are suffering how do we keep it moving? Mostly, I pray for the masses. Sometimes I just step away from the media. Thankful for a supportive family. They offer that safe space to discuss and vent. Tonight though, I rest my head with a heavy heart.
