Not usually impressed by these Worlds Craziest Police chase shows but Holy Fuck!!! This guy driving a SUV in a high speed chase, hits an embankment, front tire rips off, speeds across a few lanes of traffic on 2 wheels, eventually barrel rolls about 2-3 times, is THROWN from the truck, lookin like a damn rag doll. the truck hits one final roll, lands on its side and almost crushes the driver....

My next goal is to be prepared to run Mud on the Mountain, a muddy, 7 mile obstacle course. It takes place November 3rd. I’m not a runner but def have the adventurous spirit in me.
